Don’t utilize this building as an office space. The staff who organize the events will harass you when you utilize the amenities they offer. The designated areas are only ALLOWED to be used when they deem fit. The female who organizes the events can be very rude and lacks etiquette when talking to the very people who bring business in the building.
My work donated the use of this room for a fundraiser and the Duke & Duke Boardroom was a huge hit! Elegant yet relaxed - it provided the perfect background for a successful event. And great thanks to the SSH folks at 123 S. Broad Street for helping me pull this together. I absolutely recommend this space for your event needs!
