John, the pharmacist was great! When I arrived, he was already closing up, but still made the time to reopen for me. He even had an appointment in an hour, which would take him an hour of travel time. After offering to come back instead, he insisted on rebooting the system just to give me my flu shot. He was friendly, kind & even took the time to show me a breathing trick, so I wouldn’t feel the shot. This was the first time ever that I didn’t feel anything at all. Not even a pinch!
