We had our entire community littered with door hangers from this business when there are clear no solicitation signs posted everywhere. And yes, I mean littered, as they are blowing all over the grass and open areas after falling off doors. Thanks Danny Newport! Seems you’ve changed nothing from the review three years ago.

I responded to the door hanger left on my apartment door. I called the number and was instantly helped. The flyer showed homes you could get built or that are already exiting in the mortgage range that best suits your income. I told the representative all of my wishes for my first home and we locked in on a builder in my community. 7 years later, I'm still enjoying my first home. Door hangers were left all over my entire community. Although there is no soliciting on our private property that didn't matter to Danny and his team. It wouldn't be a big deal but with open breezeways, they are now flying around our hallways, getting stuck in bushes, and aren't a good look. Unprofessional. If someone from the team could remove those flyers from our community I would greatly appreciate it and remove this review.
