Hired these guys to install a brand new ac system with a heat pump. Paid them 10k up front and the hung the air handler on 10/16, came back a few times for short amounts of time and never finished the install. I gave them another $6,000 throughout the course of a month as they asked for payments I paid. We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM! We have been living in our new home for about 6 months now, and we have had some issues with our heat pump recently. When we called 123 Hvac they were at our house in less than 2 hours. The technician was very kind and helpful, giving us several options that would work best for us-even taking into account our budget. I’m impressed with the heat pump repair service they’ve done. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

The A/c installation service provided by this company was exceptional. The technicians arrived promptly, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. Our new A/c unit is cooling our home perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I purchased a 1974 California Contemporary which has 20 foot ceilings in the den and 13 foot in the living room. I had 5 bids before I chose 123 HVAC. 4 different teams came in and spent between 1 to 1.5 hours sizing my job and pricing. Most of them tried to low ball me to get the job and then adjust the price as needed when I had issues....Anthony came himself spent 20 minutes climbing all over my attic and basement and said I had a difficult house to AC and that there was 1 correct way to do it.
