I have been coming to this dental office since it was called the dental village in uptown (started as a patient in 2011). When the new owners took over several years ago, I tried to give them a chance several times. The staff is professional and will listen but the dentist is standoffish. My experience has been that she doesn’t listen to the needs and requests of the patient. If you ask questions, she will refuse to listen and just send her staff. My 5 yo daughter had a horrible fall off of the monkey bars at school yesterday. Two of her front teeth had to be extracted. The team at 123 took us in right away and gave us their full attention. Mariana & Kaylee were kind and extremely gentle in what was a really upsetting injury (for daughter & Mom) involving lots of blood and pain for my little one.
