123Floor is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are caring, easy to work with, fair, prompt and have wonderful employees who you can trust and enjoy having in your home. And on top of this, their work is also top notch. I highly recommend them.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job replacing and refinishing my downstairs hardwoods this past January. I was disappointed in the crew he used for touch up painting where walls and woodwork were damaged and scratched. However, I am mainly giving only 3 stars because I have text him 4 times and only once received a response back fromt him. He said he would be by on a given day and then, he didn't he show up. The BEST of the best! From the office staff, to the owners, to the employees that do the installations, you don't get better than this! So professional and thoughtful. Teresa (Dave's wife) helped me select flooring and carpeting and I'm so grateful for her insight and help! The floors are STUNNING!! The installers did an amazing job and they were accommodating and worked so well together. Dave will not do the work as promised, Dave will take your money. Dave will not answer the timelines agreed on. Dave will give you a lot of excuses never any action.

123 Floor and owner Dave N***** contracted to do work which they never completed in over 9 months. I had to get another company to complete. I sued Dave and 123 Floor and work a 17,000.00+ judgement. As of August 2018 Dave tells the Sheriff his company has no assets to pay the judgement. Stay clear

While 123 Flooring may seem like a competitive solution, you must factor in the time t takes to deal with the extremely poor customer service from the owner/operator xxxxx. He fails to deliver in the time promised, seems to forget conversations and timelines and does not respond to any phone calls. The worst contracting experience I have ever had in 6 houses. Call any other company, 123 Flooring should not be contracted.

Dave Naylor the owner will give you an acceptable price then take your deposit and never do the work. You will need to take him to court to try and get your money back.
