We do our best to check a vehicle over if we know we have a customer specifically coming to look at a particular vehicle, because we know vehicles can fabricate issues just sitting on the lot. Again, I do apologize for this inconvenience, we pride ourselves in being very upfront about the condition of our vehicles.
