I don't normally write reviews but I have such strong negative feelings for 1201 S Charles I felt I needed to share. First of all I only gave it a 1 because it is a new building. We moved in as one of the first tenants in August and it has been a nightmare since we moved in. Management - Bay Management Group is the most dishonest, deceitful, difficult property management group we have ever worked with. They have not taken care of any issues. We have ceilings cracking and falling, a washer that doesn't work, smoke detectors t... read more
