This is such a cool and cozy community, with good apartment units, great amenities, and fantastic management. We cannot possibly express enough gratitude to Skylar, who has answered every question with patience and understanding, and has made this process a breeze and a joy. She rocks!! We truly feel welcome, and we can't wait to move in!
1201 covell village apartments makes you feel relaxed and is pet friendly/non smoking. It over looks a beautiful pond.The staff is super friendly and has 24 hr maintenance on site, a gym, pool, and lounge to hang out.
I moved here in August and I love this apartment complex. It’s safe and everyone is extremely friendly. Skylar and Jacquelynn are amazing and always ready to help. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The monthly activities are fun and I love that I don’t have to go outside the building to workout. It has a hotel feel, which I like because you access the apartments from the inside, but it also a home feel all at the same time.
