I’ve absolutely loved living at 1201 at Covell Village! The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels like home. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly sets this place apart is the management especially Jacquelynn. She’s an incredible manager. Very responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and approachable. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!
I used to live here when I first moved to Oklahoma and this place was really good. The gym, lobby, and rooms were really nice. It was clean and welcoming. The pool was pretty and there were some parties. The employees could gave been just a little more welcoming but other than that it was really well done. I definitely recommend coming here if you are single or just moving into Oklahoma.
I’ve been visiting my girlfriend at this property regularly, and I’ve got to say, it’s impressive. This place is always clean and well taken care of-no weird smells, no trash lying around, everything’s in great shape. You can tell the place is managed right. The staff deserves serious credit. They’re professional and genuinely friendly, even to guests like me. It’s rare to find a place where people go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, but they’ve nailed it here! Overall, it seems like a solid place to live.
I showed up at the property unannounced due to being in a situation where we needed to secure a space pretty quickly. Jacquelynn met with me, gave me a tour and all the information I needed to make a decision. She went well above and beyond to help us during such a stressful time. We moved in and a few weeks later had an AC issue that was quickly resolved by Rob. This was an after hours request and he was here in less than 25 minutes and had the situation resolved. 1201 is an awesome place to live. This was my first time living alone. I left safe in this area, the staff, particularly Jacquelynn, was amazing! Jacquelynn never failed to greet me with a smile. She was very helpful with everything. From the tour of the complex, to me giving her notice of my lease termination, she was as nice as could be. Maintenance is awesome!
