It was great while managed by Berger - but when Westrum attempted to run it, they ran it to the ground basically. From removing promised amenities to not even staffing the property, whatever incorrect way you imagine running a property - they've done it here.
We were sold amenities that were taken away. There’s no on-site management. There’s no concierge. There was never any Uber X as was advertised to us. There was no lease portability as advertised. These people don’t answer calls or respond to fire alarms that sounded for a whole weekend when I lived there. FRAUD.

Non-stop lying loser Eric Safin "Esq" has changed 3 cell phone numbers within a year... Sneaky cowardly HOAX Eric... LOLs!😆👍
The staff at 1200 is amazing! Beyond helpful with move-in and even paid for movers to bring items upstairs because the elevator wasn't complete.
