Everyone was very friendly and extremely thorough.
The office itself is brand-new, modern, clean, and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the hygienist was nice, courteous, and gentle. The dentist himself was patient, clear, and not in a rush to up-sell me. I greatly appreciated the atmosphere and the customer service. These features all stand in stark contrast to other dentists in the area that were harsh, rushed, and eager to pump my insurance for as much as possible.
Everything was great!
I always have a great experience and time with Dr. Baese and his team. They make you comfortable and I love the atmosphere. I wouldn't change dentist for anything.
