The staff at 12 South Dental is always kind and courteous. Recommendations for better home maintenance (more flossing!) are always respectful and friendly.
Always have a great experience with Holly and everyone up front. They were 20 minutes late on my appointment today, which is understandable. Instead of just apologizing, they gifted me a gift card to Edleys, which was unnecessary, but shows that they take the customer experience very seriously. Thanks!
Exceptional dentist practice from the front desk staff to the very skilled, sweet, and very thorough hygienists (who was actually a fill in but absolutely loved her!!), this practice always goes above and beyond! But importantly, the dentist, Dr Baese, is so knowledgeable, skilled, and has fun, easy going personality; you enjoy getting to see him each time! He has built a phenomenal practice that I highly recommend to everyone I know.
As first time, new patient...I felt welcome, appreciated and cared for. Loved my Hygienist !! She created a comfortable environment and great connection and was very thorough in her assessment and recommendations. Dr. Baese was friendly, thorough, and I felt comfortable and confident in his craft and over-all care and recommendations. I am a happy new patient !!Front Desk was really wonderful in their welcoming and over-all scheduling and check-out process
