Dr. Baese and his staff are so professional and genuinely nice. I purposefully chose 12 South Dental Studio because I wanted a dentist experience that is both modern yet not corporate. I ALWAYS find a parking spot next or in front of the building. This is a place that I actually look forward to visiting.
It has been a little bit since I had been to see the Dentist.The dental Hygienist, (I believe Cayla) was awesome! Very personable and easy to talk to.She did a very good job of making sure I understood what all work I would need to be getting so when the Dr. got in, I had a good idea what he was speaking about!I don't dislike the dentist anymore like I did when I was a kid!

Love 12 South Dental!! They're always so nice and caring... going above and beyond to ensure that you're informed and educated about your teeth, insurance policy, etc.

It was better than I could have expected. I was expecting pain from the needle and I didn't even know that the injection took place. Sooo much better than I would have expected considering the work I was having done at the time.
Just like many, I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. I do however know the importance of good dental care and your overall health, so it was time. After reading many positive reviews about 12 South Dental, I took a leap of faith and booked my appt. The entire experience was quite relaxing and they were very accommodating and constantly made sure I was comfortable and in no pain.I'm so happy to have found a dentist and staff that I can happily return to for the time I will be living in Nashville.
They got me back as soon as I walked in. Friendly staff, beautiful clean facility, thorough cleaning exam!
Super friendly staff! They helped me figure out my complicated insurance, my cleaning was smooth and relaxing. Allison was awesome to have! Dr. Baese was also great, very chill and laid back. They were also very helpful and informative in looking for an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. Glad I chose 12South dental!
