Office Team is Friendly and Welcoming! Took a Tour with Raeann and she was very informative and welcoming Great Views in amenity spaces and units looked clean and up to date.
Cheap for a reason. Blatant neglect by ownership and management plague this development. Poor maintenance and lack of cleaning common areas throughout the entire development. What they say they are going to fix— they rarely fix.

Disappointing Move-In Experience and Poor Management Response We were initially excited about moving into 12th Central Square Apartments in Bellevue, but unfortunately, our experience during move-in was extremely disappointing. Our move to 12 Central Square was a nightmare, marked by broken promises, deplorable management, and an uninhabitable apartment. We relocated from the East Coast, signing the lease remotely after being promised a one-month-free promotion over the phone. We drove cross-country, with the final leg of the trip lasting a grueling 15 hours, arriving in Bellevue in the evening, exhausted and craving a hot shower. I lived at 12 Central Square for 2 years. Before I get into the property, you cannot beat the location, you get a neighborhood feel while being 2 blocks from downtown Bellevue The property-when I moved in this place was a mess. Shortly after Raeann and Avenue 5 took over and there were immediate changes and improvements. Maintenance went from 0 stars to 5 stars.
