Great location. The rent is reasonable compared to other places. My biggest complaint is the noise. I lived in a unit that's facing the Lansdowne St. and the bars on that street could be very loud, especially Loretta's Last Call which hosts live music performance well past 11pm. And if it's game night at Fenway, forget about sleeping before 1am. In addition, due to the old age of the building, the floor creaks and cracks very loudly. Unjustifiable rent for a decaying building with a hazardous elevator from the 1920's. Avoid the slumlord Fineberg management corporation at all costs.
Location is great, and has several great parking spots (with parking permit) because they have a side road that's separated from the main road. But the building is ancient. They do have an elevator which require the doors to be manually pulled and pushed sideways. Also found the rooms dark in general. There is a park right across, which is nice.
Do yourself a favor and avoid any properties owned by Fineberg Management.
