Good place
I rent at 1155 Barton Springs, and it’s not as advertised. The location is nice, but the nearby railroad tracks—seemingly abandoned—actually run loud trains most nights. Some days it sounds like a dump truck unloading outside my window. This information was conveniently left out of my tour. Additionally, during the tour, they said it has thick concrete floors that made it virtually soundproof, but that’s not my experience.
