I think that... (Verified Renter) I think that prospective tenants should know about noise specific to living next to the freight elevator/trash shaft (compactor buzzing/echoes). If I had done my homework I would still live here, but in a different apartment.

I appreciate all the staff members that keep it clean and safe, and I love how well cared for the grounds, gym, pool, parking, etc are. It makes me proud to be part of this community. The first year... (Verified Renter) The first year of living in the building was great. Over the last 6 months or so, the quality and cleanliness of the building seemed to deteriorate quite fast. All of the sudden, doors were breaking (staying open) or side doors jammed shut. Stains in our hallway carpet. One time there was a banana on the floor for a week.
