Stay away from here !!!! The Titanic was a beautiful ship too, at first sight, but, it was the worst voyage any human could endure. Thats 111 First in a nutshell. Looks great at first sight ,but, the noise levels, and the vibrations we have to endure from a design flaw in the balcony below, which sounds like a Jet taking off at Miami International airport, unbearable. Being located in downtown Delray Beach is a double-edged sword. While the location is convenient, the area is very noisy late at night especially on weekends. The public parking in front of the building adds to the after hours noise. There is a ton of construction/traffic noise during the day too, as 1st Street is the truck bypass for Atlantic Avenue at Swinton.
This project is already changing Delray Beach. Already under construction and it looks incredible. I can't wait to see it finished!
111 First Delray is a beautiful development right next to the beach. The laid back community, friendly people and world-class developers are really going to improve the town. Anyone would be lucky to reside here.
Being a Delray Beach resident and Realtor it's great seeing a new development like this currently in the works. Very exciting opportunities in Delray Beach going on right now, lots of improvements taking place without losing that small beach town feeling that Delray Beach is famous for.
