I will start off by saying that the only positive thing about this complex is the location. Here is a summary of my experience: - Noise level - loud - I lived on the 4th floor (of 5 total floors). I had the most issues with the neighbors beside me. The walls are paper-thin and so cheaply built that I could hear my neighbors bed creaking loudly every time they would move in their sleep. Barking dogs is another major noise issue...and there are a lot of them. - Grounds Maintenance/Security - There was constantly pet waste left... read more

While the onsite team did follow procedures as advised, did what we could while working around the holiday, and offered a concession as a show of good faith while remediating concerns in your apartment home, we will certainly consider your feedback in similar resident scenarios in the future.
The towing scam is out of control. Resident forgets to switch parking pass for couple of hours and rsident’s car towed. What kind of kickback is the apt complex receiving? Not a great way to make money off your residents!

In response to your voiced concerns, the towing company is an unaffiliated third party that we utilize solely to monitor parking to ensure only 1100 South residents and their verified guests are occupying our parking garage. Went to visit my brother. Parked in the “visitor parking” for 8 minutes and was towed. They employ an F rated company per the BBB. Am out $250 because I visited for ten minutes. Don’t stay here if you have friends or family.
