Have definitely gone down hill. I have friends who live here and thier apartments are shifty and some the air doesn't work and Noone comes to fix it. And PARKING??? IF you come after about 7 you will not have anywhere to park
Horrible place. If I could rate this a 0 I would. I keep telling the office people to fix stuff and guess what...they never do😂. The lady always says something along the lines of “they will this week” like who are you fooling…not me. You can’t tell the ladies at the office nothing without them having an attitude ESPECIALLY the white girl like calm down acting like I’m making her come and fix my apartment😂😑. I currently live here. I think this is the worst place ever. Full of roaches , trash is everywhere, residents pee anywhere they want . Impossible to breathe in summer because of bad smell . Impossible to park after 9 pm . I’m looking forward to move out . The only thing that I liked electiricity bills are very low . I pay around 30$ a month . And Maintenance guys are really helpful.
no matter how many times I called no one answered, I emailed no answer. I drove to the office just to see the closed door even though it says open till 5pm daily. Update: I called December 30th between 11:30 and 12:00 am 3 times I called December 23rd at 4:30pm, 10:52am. I emailed on The December 27th and December 22rd. I have never received a reply or call back. Today is January the 10th. Unless your holidays have started on December 21 and you are still closed today, I am not sure how I haven't been reached by now.
