no matter how many times I called no one answered, I emailed no answer. I drove to the office just to see the closed door even though it says open till 5pm daily. Update: I called December 30th between 11:30 and 12:00 am 3 times I called December 23rd at 4:30pm, 10:52am. I emailed on The December 27th and December 22rd. I have never received a reply or call back. Today is January the 10th. Unless your holidays have started on December 21 and you are still closed today, I am not sure how I haven't been reached by now.
It is a horrible place, I do not recommend renting here, all the services are horrible, the air conditioning does not work, and the hot water does not work and it takes 2 weeks to repair it, and it is also full of bedbugs, when I went to report that there was no hot water, the lady at the office just started to smoke me instead of repairing the problem, I do not recommend it.
