Cockroaches. Management is useless.
Poor heating. Needs good renovation.
Do not rent here!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Infested with cockroaches, amenities are not available for use most of the time, elevators break down all the time, constant power shut downs and turning off the water for the whole day. If you request repairs or report a problem, never gets dealt with. Overpriced and horrible/outdated buildings.
They never wants to turn on the heater, laundry is expensive, SOME of the managers feel like owners of the building
Homestead is the worst. 8 months nobody has looked at my leaking bathroom ceiling. They hold our possessions hostage in the storage units and they generally don’t care about the tenants.
