Do not rent here!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Infested with cockroaches, amenities are not available for use most of the time, elevators break down all the time, constant power shut downs and turning off the water for the whole day. If you request repairs or report a problem, never gets dealt with. Overpriced and horrible/outdated buildings.
They never wants to turn on the heater, laundry is expensive, SOME of the managers feel like owners of the building
Homestead is the worst. 8 months nobody has looked at my leaking bathroom ceiling. They hold our possessions hostage in the storage units and they generally don’t care about the tenants.
The Management office should learn how to respect there tenants. Very poor management skill specially the lady that she work on 31 May at 6:00PM I don’t know her name. Try to get her some condominiums management classes so she can learn how to talk to the tenants.
