I would recommend somewhere with more resources. Management is unorganized, and honestly, the area is unsafe. I've been a victim of a car break-in, along with multiple others, and after emailing for support or camera footage- I NEVER received a response, and there are NO cameras surrounding the building in case a serious situation were to occur... My current frustration lies with the fact that in my lease agreement, I signed to pay my bill on the 1st of the month, well for the last three weeks I've received at least 7 email... read more
RecommendedI've lived here for almost 2 years now and love it. The staff in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful and they genuinely care about the residents and our well-being.
The complex manager Cassie is great at her job and cares about doing the right thing. Plus she's wicked cute
The location & convenience of the apartment set up is perfect, it’s everything I need! The office takes good care of me if I need anything. So glad I picked 11 West!
