Reasonable price, felt safe. We lived here for a little over a year. The apartments are a good size and I like the layout. The 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment with the living room, dining room and kitchen in between. Makes a great situation for roommates or just parents with a child who don't want to wake them up staying up late. The kitchen is small but average for an apartment kitchen.
