Good service, tried the breakfast burger it is fricken phenomenal!
I love trying new places, being our first time there, I thought the food was average, a bit pricy and no fountain soda, the decor is nice

Sorry to hear about your experience! The last thing we want is average. We strive very hard with our fresh meat and premium trimmings to serve the best Burgers possible. When I hear average, my Heart sinks a little. We spend a ton of time prepping our hand-cut fries and serve large quantities in our orders. I ordered the BLT with no mayo, said no mayo on receipt and there was mayo on sandwich again. This was the 2nd time...not a fan

From the moment we walked through the door our experience was stellar. The customer service ROCKED! We had never been there before and the menu was outlined with passion and enthusiasm by one of the grill chefs. When the burgers and fries met our table and we took our first bite it was all over! Completely amazing burgers & fries and service..it being my first time there he even asked if we were ever there & explained what came on the burger and what was extra. I loved it! Definitely a place to check out!
The service tonight was not up to par at all. Called in the order and went to pick it up. Got home and 2 of the burgers did not have bacon did not get a big beignets and got 4 fries when ordered 2. Eat here many times and just not satisfied with the service tonight, hope this is not going to be the way it is going.
