It was not as good as we expected. My chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked all the way so I’m really hoping I don’t get sick. My hubby’s pork sandwich was really tough and had a lot of fat on it. Our fries must not have been cooked right because they were very soggy. I’m quite surprised because so many people recommended it.
forgot half the order for a Togo order. had to go back in. then the burger wasnt even cooked. the monte Cristo was disgusting. tasted like globs of dough then didnt put the jelly for it in the bag either. dont know if we will go back anytime soon.
Nice place with friendly service and great food. Better fries than five guys. With best burgers I’ve had in the area.
Very good place did not disappoint at all
My family and I tried out the Johnson Street location tonight for dinner , and we were sadly disappointed! My girlfriend was missing her French fries , my son was missing his drink that comes with the kids meal , and my hamburger bun was soggy and had condiments on it that I said no to. I ended up throwing the hamburger away because it was just inedible. We love the Main Street location and thought trying this one would be just fine , but unfortunately we will not be back.
Up here from WV and my cousin took me here..by far the best burger and shake I've ever had!!! Nothing like this back home definitely will be back before leave
Awesome burgers and absolutely delicious! Tried the cheesy bacon fries and they were so yummy. Looking forward to another visit!!!
Saying I was disappointed is an understatement... We waited over 30 minutes. I ordered a grilled cheese. What I got was an inside out bun with some-what melted cheese. Wasn’t even warm. Then we waited another 10 minutes for My boyfriend to get his sandwich. I would’ve had to wait even longer for my cold grilled cheese if he hadn’t gone up and said something. I’ve ate here a few times and haven’t been impressed. Needless to say we won’t be back.
Had the 11:11 Burger and it was excellant, highly recommend!
