I have lived at 10x Las Olas Walk for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The location is incredible and the building always feels safe & clean. The leasing office has always been very kind & helpful. Blas and 5th Avenue Concierge have especially made life living here enjoyable. I recently could not find two of my packages (which has never happened) but after telling Blas, he personally looked through the entire mailroom and found both packages which were simply misplaced by the deliverer.
