I have had the worst experience with this complex I was racial profile I choose to view this complex for what I seen the pictures of I didn’t know I would have never take my time and money I was racial profile, Lindsay give me information to sign up and I apply I told her all I got she told me yes no problem it only take three days we can accept these documents. Ruby and Lindsey were great they made my move in so easy they were very professional I recommend everybody to these ladies they were phenomenal
Don’t be fooled by appearances — this place is fake luxury at its finest. After just a week of living here, we realized we were stuck in a year-long lease nightmare. Location disaster: Right next to Port Everglades, where crude oil is refined. The smell of gasoline fills the air almost constantly — pool, courtyard, and balconies included. I just recently moved into 10x Port Royale last month. I worked with Valerie who was wonderful in fulfilling all my requests big or small. It has really made this transition seamless and I’m so excited to call this home!
