I came in for tour and possible residency on 9/16. Lindsey was very very helpful and informative. Her great attitude and energy help sell me on the idea of moving here.
Update 09/15/25. The situation with the water pressure has worsened. If your bathtub is clogged, is not because of hair, is because the tiny stream of water is not enough to carry the soap forming gunk and clogging the drain. The property continues to decrease the water pressure. Is not a problem with one unit or the city, is the building reducing the water pressure. Very rude guest in the lobby. I refused to go on my tour due to the encounter with a guest in the lobby. I only fear that living at the property I would always encounter rude guest at a place i live.
What a waste of time, I would never in a million years rent at this place. Took 10 minutes for her to input all my information and I specifically told the agent I don't want my ID scanned because of a bad experience in the past and she said she has to scan my ID even though she had all my information already. Invasion of privacy!!!
