10th Planet Mission Viejo is an awesome school with a strong sense of community. The coaches genuinely love martial arts, and they’ve done a great job creating such a fun yet disciplined environment where anyone no matter their experience level, can learn and grow together. The gym is also clean and well maintained which I really appreciate. The coaches take hygiene seriously and have clear standards in place. Highly recommend this gym to people of all ages and skill levels!!
I started my jiu jitsu journey in August 2025 as a female in my 30s with no martial arts background. From day one, this gym made jiu jitsu feel welcoming. I started with a drop in class with Coach Abner who provided a warm 1st class introduction and then I enrolled in the beginners course which provided a structured, approachable way to learn the basics. Been training here since 2023 and can’t say enough about 10th Planet MV. I do the Muay Thai / MMA / Jiu jitsu classes and every single coach is amazing and you can tell they genuinely care. It is very clean and probably the best quality Fuji mats I’ve ever trained on. This place has changed my life in so many positive ways and I’m so thankful / proud to be apart of this team.
Love they have a 6am. They do a good job at teaching solid technique for a good chunk of the class. Also love that, if there is no class afterwards, the rounds keep going essentially until the last person leaves. One of the clearest gyms I’ve seen too.
Been here for about 3 years now, my son 2 years, and now my daughter. We love what this gym has to offer and the community surrounding it. Love you guys, thank you for letting is be part of it.
