We just bought a house from this realtor/ investor. I have never had so many issues with buying a house. He verbally agrees to do things and then backed out of them at the last minute. He did nothing but complain about the cost of the items and the amount of work he put in the house in the six months before it went on the market. He never set foot on the property. He agreed in writing to clean up the glass and debris on the grass around the house. Still finding glass. My children or puppies could cut themselves. ... read more
