Been coming here for years, and the gym only got worst. Like literally, 06/24/26 mens locker room is completely disgusting. Blood stain on mens locker room, sauna is just filthy. Also smells like straight up urine. I wish i could leave a good review but this is just to save others time. Tried to reconsider staying but $27 a month to walk into filth yeah no thank you. Also equipment is completely outdated and old save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else sorry 10 gym. You were good for a while.
I moved away from my local 10 gym so I have had to move to a different gym. My experience with the staff and facilities was acceptable; however I do not approve of their unethical business policies and their terrible customer service and management. I was told by staff when I signed up for 10 gym that all I needed to do to cancel was process by cancellation about a week before the membership was to renew.
