I’ve been coming to 10 Gym regularly, usually arriving around 7:45–8:00 a.m., and one of the most frustrating issues is that there is almost never anyone at the front desk during that time. It makes the gym feel unattended and inconvenient, especially when members need assistance. I also upgraded my membership specifically to use the tanning beds, but that has been another disappointment.
