Great gym stocked with helpful equipment. Evan is the ideal personal trainer. I enjoyed our conversation, the workout, and his depth of insight. I highly recommend training with his team. His vision for achieving better health is a philosophy that inspires.

Pros: hardly any lines when I go there and the staff are nice. Cons: extremely short and woke playlist -- absolutely nothing energizing/motivating like Metallica or Rammstein. Bring your own music and headphones if you don't want Taylor Swift (at best) to get into your head (it will happen eventually if you don't have your own music with you).

I work in BA but live closer to Owasso so I’ve been to both this 10GYM and the one in BA. I like BA a lot more. The one in Owasso is smaller, so it has less space and machines so seems busier often. But the staff is also not as friendly as the staff in BA. I asked the guy at the front desk about meeting with a personal trainer, as that was something I was interested in when getting started with my weight loss journey, to help me build a plan. Been going here since 2021 and the gym is great, the facility is big, the staff are nice and helpful. They have plenty of equipment and the extra amenities you can get with your membership are great including a sauna, tanning beds, nice hydro massage chairs, and you can bring a guest. Also the prices are affordable and all the members are nice and accommodating!
