I have lived here for 25 years (!!) and it has been a good place for me, noise level is controlled, maintenance folks have been timely with repairs, it's a safe environment. Recently, management moved me to the grade floor into a remodeled unit, so that I don't have to contend with the stairs and can easily access the laundry area. I really like the place.

This is my second year I like the area it is convenient to go to various businesses and close by the hospital maintenance is quick with repairs and the building is kept clean the residents respect each other if a child is making too much noise it is handled respectfuly and the office management is willing and understanding work with you when a problem arise that is why I gave them 5 stars

I’ve been living here for almost a year and love it a lot I haven’t had any issues management is very helpful I love that my daughter’s school is super close! Maintenance does a good job when I put in any maintenance request I may need. The building is well kept and clean

This has been my first experience living in an apartment in over 25 years. I am definitely satisfied with this property. Considering this is an apartment, it is adequate sized, with a decent sized living room and a huge walk-in closet in one of the bedrooms that doubles as an office or nursery. Management is not on site, but is very receptive to requests and maintenance. Staff usually arrives within a day, even for non-emergency items.
