Had a horrible experience. I gave my R6 for service, but it came back missing parts, with a broken oil cap, low rear fluid, and low coolant. I asked to have these filled, and I was charged $250 for nothing!
They did great work, and were very friendly, and knowledgeable!
They were very helpful and kind to me when my bike had to be towed. They were not able to fix my bike that day, but helped me diagnose and unload and load the bike. They even offered me Pizza while I waited for my ride. I would consider bringing my bike there for service even though I live 200km away!
Good for changing oil
Rude. Did not provide the service paid for. Will use random tires without approval or confirmation. They used generic cheap city tires instead of semi slicks. Will make up stories to justify to their actions and behavior. Very unprofessional go to snowcity or any other reputable shop
