They are very nice and respectful of your time they take their time with you no matter how many veichael u want to test drive and as a single person with kids they took their time and help me although my kids was with me
I have been a customer with 109 since 2016. My first car was through sanders(that place is a joke 😂😂), I called Sarah at the time and she worked with me and I drove off in my Chevy Malibu maxx ls (😭😭 no longer have) I paid it off,they fixed every problem I had. My transmission went out in the chevy(to remind you I put a lot of miles on this car) and I still owed a little over a grand for it. This is a formal retraction of my previous post. I acted to hastily and in utter frustration. They have a very professional and courteous staff.
Went in to look at a vehicle they had. Immediately let me have the keys to look at the car. Even offered for me to test drive as well. (Let me mention this is me looking for my very first vehicle) Once I knew for sure that I liked the car, I took it for a test drive and had some concerns. Ben immediately offered to help with any concerns or problems I had with the vehicle. He even worked out a deal for us as well. Ben is a super nice guy and will be more than willing to help you out! Definitely would recommend!
This was my first time buying a car from them and Ben Nyswonger provided great service and super friendly and helpful. Absolutely love my car!
