Easily the best place I've ever lived. The supers that run the building are caring and so understanding. I couldn't be more grateful.
The building is great to live in because there is a sense of community and most people know each other. Fred and Carolyn are the building managers and are very friendly and they respond to maintenance requests very quickly. They also organize community events around Christmas and other holidays that are fun to attend. The location is very close to TTC and groceries. I highly recommend living here.
Well kept building, great landlords, great area as well
It’s been a good experience renting with Cogir so far. The management has undertaken building renovations over the past couple of years which is good. The superintendents Freddy and Carolyn put in a lot of effort towards the upkeep of the property and are very helpful with all maintenance and repairs towards the units. The location of the property is very convenient because of its close proximity to groceries, restaurants, malls, libraries, parks and public transit.
Clean and Safe apartment building, As a resident the tour of the building was a very fair and honest appraisal of the apartment
