It’s been a good experience renting with Cogir so far. The management has undertaken building renovations over the past couple of years which is good. The superintendents Freddy and Carolyn put in a lot of effort towards the upkeep of the property and are very helpful with all maintenance and repairs towards the units. This building is a great option for anyone looking to live in Midtown Toronto. The units are spacious, well maintained (few were recently renovated) and the common areas are cleaned regularly. The shared laundry room is in the basement with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Entry to the building is secured, so only the residents and authorised visitors can enter. 107 Redpath Avenue a very disappointing experience at 107 Redpath Avenue. This apartment building has some of the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unavailable when you need them. There are ongoing issues in the building, but management shows little interest in resolving them.
