Imagine my surprise when I go out into the private courtyard to let my dog pee at night and I hear snoring! As it turns out, a person who did not live in the building was sleeping on the couches outside. How do I know they don't live in the building? Listen to the negative reviews. As someone who lives here, they are all true. Also make sure to ignore the reviews that are just from people touring. They do not live here. Something novel I wanted to add that nobody else has mentioned is that management for the building is attempting to trick residents into submitting good reviews on Google Maps. The people at maintenance are actually quite nice and do their job well (although they are split across 2 buildings and are not always available), so management has asked them to a... read more
I had such high hopes for this place. I like some things (lock system access from your phone), but unfortunately, the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is for the location. I loved being right next to the park and near downtown midtown. However, one the problems that arise because of the location was an issue with people breaking into the building. This building is supposed to be locked 24/7 but in the last 3 month I lived there, the front door was unlocked 90% of the time. I reached out to Danny about this and he st... read more
