I've been a tenant for the last 4 years and to be honest there were so many issues, but I gave it 4 stars to instill hope for people looking into 1045 as there is a brand new owner of the building + property management team. I got the chance to meet the owner, Tom, as he was looking through the building units. He was extremely inquisitive into what the issues were and genuinely seemed like he was going to build out a concrete plan to address these issues. As always, maintenance is extremely responsive, communicative, and professional when it comes to answering service requests. I have yet to have a negative experience working with the maintenance team here, and am completely satisfied with the work that they do! Truly, they are a breath of fresh air compared to my experience with maintenance staff with previous apartments I have lived in.
I have an emergency maintenance request, and there is no support. There is no one to call. They refuse service
Danny came with in hours and fixed my toilet! He is a true asset to tour team !!
