Renter beware. I would be very careful renting from Denise and this building. I am posting anonymously because we are still in dispute for our deposits. - On multiple occasions DM has entered our apartment and looked through our trash to comment on recycling, compost. She fined us for not following her specific form of trash management. - The building is extremely loud!!
