After learning of a 1031 I looked up a near by location and contacted this company. Nate answered and he was very nice and friendly. He didn’t mind answering my general questions. I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell me before answering questions. Unfortunately I did not get the answer I wanted but definitely appreciated his honesty.
