I cannot say enough good things about Nate and his team. Nate answered ALL of my questions (and there were a lot of them!). Closing went extremely smooth. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Nate and would definitely use him again.
I called as I am collecting information to prepare a presentation for my boss that is on a committee. Having no knowledge of what I was really asking for, Nate was extremely helpful. He assisted me with all my tons of questions and not once made me feel that I was a bother to him. He even went the extra mile to send me an email with information on how a 1031 Exchange works and reminded me of why, if we choose to, his company would be able to help with a specific deal my boss wants to pursue.
I just finished a 1031 exchange with Nate & Ivan team, they are GREAT partners to work with. After learning of a 1031 I looked up a near by location and contacted this company. Nate answered and he was very nice and friendly. He didn’t mind answering my general questions. I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell me before answering questions. Unfortunately I did not get the answer I wanted but definitely appreciated his honesty.
