Lived here for a year before rent was increased making it unaffordable to live here. Facilitates are great, infested with cockroaches despite efforts to eradicate them, numerous rules to follow and neighbours with their noses in your business occasionally. Quiet well maintained building and surroundings.
Sandy at 1030 Old Mill Rd is amazing very helpful and friendly to talk with in passing. They keep the place very clean with help from Steve and the rest of the staff. They really take the time to care about the people in the building.
Beautiful apartments, lovely swimming pool, cinema room and workout room!!!
This is a great place to live.
