Our daughter rents an apt there. The garbage is supposed to be collected every night at her front door but it's not. I just have submitted a complaint to the Florida Dpt of Health and the Board of Commissioners in Seminole County, attaching pictures and video to verified the garbage has not been picked in almost a week this occasion. If you have someone who lives above you you will be miserable and hear every single step they take all day. Don’t let them be overweight like my upstairs neighbor. It’s amazing I wanted a place with all hardwood flooring and got stuck with carpet but people on the third floor can disrupt others constantly well into 2am, without carpet. Terrible quality wood and poor sound design here.
I am posting another review because more than a year later this apartment complex never responded to my call requesting an itemized list of where my security deposit went and why I owe over 600 in collections. At this point I am about to start the process of-suing because I’ve requested this information several times and shouldn’t have anything owed to this apartment complex!
