I toured this complex on June 12th and immediately completed the application process in which they quickly accepted the fees to do so. My application was denied due to a choice I made several years ago … which is actually discrimination. Affordable and clean common areas. The front office staff is very professional and helpful. The maintenance staff answer request in a timely manner with efficiency.

I’ve had mixed experiences living at this complex. While the maintenance team and on-site staff are friendly and always willing to help, there’s a serious communication issue between them, the lease management office, and third-party billing or service providers. Unfortunately, this lack of coordination made my time here frustrating. One of the biggest issues was the discrepancy between what was stated in my lease agreement and the actual fees I was charged. Kalia and the leasing office were amazing! Had to move my elderly mother to the complex. The most precious commodity for me is time….and they were always very responsive and helping which made the process quick and seamless. Thank you for guiding us through such a stressful time.

I toured here a week ago, applied the same day and haven’t heard anything. They have a $365 payment from me just to apply and won’t answer emails or answer/return phone calls. What’s that about??
