We moved into one of the units in 1020@Winter Springs 18 months ago, and our experience here has been amazing. Moving into an apartment was new to us because we have lived in our own home for almost thirty years, and we were extremely hesitant moving into an apartment. I’m so upset we received our final move out statement. And they are charging me sewer and water billing from April and May. What!!! That was paid on that months rent and also pest control that’s a joke when all we had was roaches. I was there for nearly 5 yrs but this administration is the worst they practically pushed us out. Make it make sense.
This is on my neighbors balcony. Management does nothing. He hangs this up every week.

I toured this apartment complex an Angela she was incredible! It was so nice very clean and put together for the price of apartments i felt very welcome!
