I brought my computer to this shop. The lady at the front desk was professional and prompt (I like that). I had a broken screen and needed Microsoft office added. I received email updates on the progress, any other issues, and my invoice. The service was prompt and customer oriented. You don't find that everywhere, but it's definitely at 1010 Computers. This company has gained a permanent customer.
