Love living here! Love the location, the apartments are beautiful, the value is incredible, and the management staff is professional and responsive. I truly love living here.
Amazing bulding with old bones This place ia beautiful with 16 foot tall ceilings. There are free washers and dryers, an exercise room and a thetre room!

Beautiful Clean Downtown Neighborhood, 1010 Central has Friendly Staff and Neighbors inside both buildings. Started Out a Complete Hot Mess, Ended Much Better I was one of the first persons to move into the place in 2012. From my first contact attempt to schedule a visit until about a year ago, I never knew who I would talk to and what service I would receive. The property went thru 3 property managers alone in the first few months! Stability has gotten better though with the position as the current manager has been on-staff for about a year. In the Indianapolis, Indiana area This building is a older brick apartment the rental prices are fair and the location is close to the down town area everything with in walking distance the inside of the apartments are amazing hard wood floors just beautiful I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family I am going to apply for a apartment myself
