Food was good but I didn’t like you charged an automatic 18% tip and didn’t let us know even when the service was not good. I understand you were understaffed but my dad had to eat his dinner on a napkin while waiting for a plate that never came. I will not be back because of that.
Yesterday me and my husband came there to order to go .the ribs were not cooked hard and they no brisket so I order two meats and the Mac cheese was cold would not recommend it the Ti tip was not soft .had no flavor.

What an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end! This place exceeded every expectation I had. From the second we walked through the door, we were greeted with genuine hospitality and treated like valued guests. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly, and you could immediately tell that everyone truly cares about providing a great experience. I have to give a huge shoutout to Nick. We came with the family tonight. I’m here waiting for our food that we ordered over 1 hour and 15 minutes ago.. still havent received it. We ordered Arnold Palmers for drinks. We get a random tea with lemonade in it. It was like hibiscus tea. Strange and even those drinks took 20 minutes to receive. Let’s see if the food is cold and dry.
