On July 10, 2025 there was a building-wide HVAC failure and a burst water pipe. Indoor temps have gotten as high as 80 degrees. Management waited until noon on July 11 to notify the community. They have failed to provide a timeline for the repairs or any further updates. The building is super old and floods almost yearly. Their solution management is incompetent and cheap and won’t fix the problem when things go bad. Perfect example, the door to a trash room is broken so the hall smells like hot garbage. Unfixed for years. Mold grows in apartments because instead of proper flood remediation, they issue you a fan to dry out. Kate was absolutely fantastic! She showed me multiple floorplans until I found the one that felt right. The building is beautiful as well!
I have lived here for over 5 years now. If you are looking to live here, I will say to you things I wish someone told me. - I found out that I have been paying more than my neighbors for the same unit 1 bed 1 bath, and even after acknowledging I’m paying more than I should they refused to adjust the rent. - My car has been broken into. If you choose to live here do not park at the end side of the building beside the park. Apparently this was a more than one time occasion where they go for cars park by that end.
