I have lived here over a year and can’t wait to leave. Your packages WILL be stolen, your ac WILL go out multiple times. The towing is predatory and management is slow to respond and will not help or fix package problems. This place also has hidden fees such as a $70 “amenity fee” which is for the Comcast internet they provide but if you don’t use it you still have to pay the fee. You are better off at the other apartment complexes on Wells st. Do better PMC, this complex is an embarrassment.
Bad apartments and even worse management! Stay far away
Don't even bother touring this apartment. While the maintenance person/team is responsive and helpful, there are many things that you may find frustrating when living here. If you care about not having your packages stolen, don't live here! There is no process for the storage of packages; there are two package rooms that are supposedly assigned to the different buildings (101, 103, 105 A/B/C/D), but this assignment is usually ignored and packages are in disorder.
