My garage roof had a leak so I had a neighbor’s roofer guy look at it and he said I should have my insurance company inspect my whole roof because it looked bad. 101 Roofing and Remodeling did a couple of projects on my house. First, they replaced my roof and did a great job...the inspector said they even went above and beyond what was required of them. Second, and more impressively, they replaced a door that had rotted out at the bottom where the person who built it initially did not do it correctly. It was a 2 day job but they had the door replaced day 1 so that we did not have to go a night without a locked door which was important to us as we have kids. They even came in under qu... read more

I worked with 101 Roofing & Remodeling to replace my roof in 2023. The team at 101 was great. They were super responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. The team was patient with my endless questions and was accommodating to my time frame and special requests. If you're looking for a small, local business where you can call with questions and speak to the same person each time, they're for you. If you're looking for a "big box store" feel where you're just a number, look elsewhere.
The end product looks great, there were a few issues founds after installation of a new roof and gutters, however these issues were corrected promptly with no pushback. This company was great to work with and I appreciate that they addressed the issues I had so quickly, because of this I recommend them to others and give 101 5 stars.
