Russell is a fantastic physical therapist. I wasn't sure if physical therapy was going to be much help, but after just one appointment I felt like I was in really good hands and this was exactly what I needed. I'm a mountain biker, and I do CrossFit, and Russell was able to take these things into consideration with my care. I am very glad I was referred here.
