We are not impressed with the maintenance (job quality) and how hard is to get work orders done. Not to mention that maintenance staff can be a little smart pants but afraid to report it because they have keys of the apartment. There are rats in the property, it is an issue. The apartments are old but spacious. Do not get packages delivered, we have gotten moren than three big packages stolen. Tenants in the apartments seem nice and hard workers. 201 Ripley St has an issue with pot, the entire building smells like marijuana,... read more

2 stars for the location, the apartments themselves are outdated. If you don't watch your bills extremely closely they will over charge you.
We're on our 3rd lease. The complex has been drama free and nice community to live in. My only complaint that comes to mind at this moment is the area outside, just over our balcony. This coming spring will be the THIRD YEAR that there is some problem that allows water to collect, and it does not dry up.
