We had 101 Miami install a Bruno chair lift. Both the chair and 101 are unreliable. It seems reviews of Bruno show their product is prone to problems for which 101 isn’t really qualified to fix. 101 grasps at straws for why it doesn’t work, wants money for repairs that don’t work, and sort of shrugs not knowing what the problem is… but they know they want more money to find it. Excellent team, equipment, parts and service
I have had 101 Mobility for over two years and have always found their service to be exceptional. I recently had a service call, and the tech was very courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and explained everything thoroughly. All this and at a fair price. Needless to say, I would highly recommend 101 Mobility.
