I have had 101 Mobility for over two years and have always found their service to be exceptional. I recently had a service call, and the tech was very courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and explained everything thoroughly. All this and at a fair price. My dear friend/neighbor planned to get a stair lift, when the time was right. She anticipated this as a measure to keep her out of a nursing home. I helped her with the purchase on September 9th and on September 13, 2024, the lift was installed. She paid $9,205.00. Ella rode the chair upstairs to her bedroom and then downstairs the next morning. The chair freaked her out and she was afraid she would never be able to learn to use it.
