Have a friend that lives here, and I'm there off/on on many nights. Roaches but not bad for what they pay. Long walkways from the car to your apt. Not very noisy. My friend says rates were much cheaper in August than other months. Apt seems to have all the amenities you would need to get by.
Besides the location, there is nothing good about this apartment complex. The staff isn’t responsive at all, extra charges for no reason, and the security measures in the apartment aren’t great. Had lots of issues this past year I rented there and now I can’t get them to answer about getting security deposit back when I left my apartment clean and I received it trashed at the beginning of my lease.
Not a safe place for student as management doesn't bother to match with other students. Please make sure you find out about the roommates before signing 1 year lease as they don't care what the outcome is. Had to pull my child out due to dangerous situation and asked management to help with subleasing which they will not do and they will not honor the same price for subleasing as well.
