My brother and I pay over $2000 for this apartment. I would expect maintenence to be taken care of with this price tag. However, I have been dealing with roaches for 7 months now. Everytime I put in a maintenence request, it is marked as resolved but nothing is done. I have sprayed myself and set up roach traps and keep everything clean, but the roaches do not leave. Worst management ever and I bet any package you order is not delivered and is missing all the time.
UPDATE 5/20/26: Since posting our original review, we were finally able to reconnect with the team at the 101 Center regarding the outstanding balance owed to our company for completed security services. During those discussions, we were informed that they wanted us to sign an agreement requiring us to delete our Google review before they would process payment. Things were looking up this year but… I would caution anyone before renewing your lease—at least too soon. They offered a rate earlier this year and gave warning before it went up. Then, they lowered the rate after that increase recently. If you sign beforehand, you cannot adjust the lease. I signed literally a week or so before and lost out on a significant decrease.
