It’s extremely difficult to reach this office. Phone calls and emails go unanswered, and even when I went in person during what should be operating hours, the office was locked with no staff available. This has happened more than once. The lack of communication and reliability shows a serious issue with customer service.
I would give this place half a star if i could. Cockroach infestations, poor management and customer service, they’ll violate lease terms several times and maintenance doesn’t fix anything. personally my a/c unit broke and was stuck on 89 heat during peak summer seasons almost causing a heatstroke and they would listen for a week that my apartment was an oven. Definitely going to pursue legal action and avoid this place at all costs
We previously provided security services for this company and unfortunately had a very negative experience. As of today, there is still an outstanding balance of over $6,000 that remains unpaid for services that were completed under our agreement. We have been attempting to contact them since April 2025 regarding the overdue invoices and have received little to no response. Extremely disappointing experience with 101 Center. The staff are not at all helpful and seem confused about their own process, experimenting in ways that appear designed to collect more money. They even intentionally avoided my calls and the staff openly admitted it, being not at all regretful about it!
