Unsafe living conditions and predatory management. Do not move here. This complex has a severe, building-wide roach infestation that management refuses to properly treat. Pest control is completely inconsistent and ineffective.When I requested to terminate my lease due to these unsafe, unsanitary conditions, management refused. If you're attending the University of Arlington, try to avoid getting an apartment here. The Google reviews are not telling the full story. Even though the apartment is nice, everything else is pretty sketchy at times & from what I last saw, they have so few security cameras for safety. Sometimes the nights can get loud, making it hard to sleep. Amenities can be very faulty, so please check everything when you move in, or else you'll get charged.
