I went in there with a plan and executed. The staff were really nice and easy to work with. Communication could improve a bit, but that goes with all businesses. Sunny hooked me up and I LOVE my truck!! Took my Tundra on its first road trip a week after getting it and it was a thing of beauty. Tip for future buyers, ask questions a lot. The sales staff are honest and if they don't know they found out for me. Highly recommend this place.
Horrible! Don't trust that place at all! Within a month of buying a car from there the mirror motors broke, sunroof won't open, back window wont open, antenna just fell off, exhausted leak, break booster needs replaced and we had to replace breaks and rotors ( I know they are wear and tear but shouldn't be right after you buy it). Also got pulled over because they had the tags on the wrong place on the license plate. Worst part...I spent $1,200 extra on their "protection plan" ha yeah that thing is a joke DONT DO IT! There communication between each other is non existent which leads to bad customer service. I was told by one person a vehicle was still available so drive an hour there, when I get there another tells me there has been deposit on that vehicle for days and is not available. I was there with cash in hand ready to buy but due to bad customer service I was sent away with a sorry nothing we can do.
All the ppl are great I am trying to get my second vehicle from there and all I can say is there is a lot of miss information and a lot of waiting for no reason. Other than that a great place to get a rig
